  UPDATE: In the past I had a great experience with physical therapy at this location but my recent experience leads me to believe that the office is poorly run. I called to make my initial appointment but the office claimed they didn't have my paperwork, but the secretary said she would contact the doctor to get it that afternoon. That didn't happen. It took me calling numerous times over the next three weeks before they finally got my paperwork. Then the schedule didn't have any openings for another week. In the meantime, I was injured and needed surgery. I called to reschedule to when my doctor planned to release me for PT but the secretary wouldn't schedule without new orders in hand. I'm not waiting around for her to lose my orders for three more weeks and then not have an slots open for another week after. There are several PT locations in the area, I'm taking my business elsewhere. My original review: The therapists here are kind and encouraging, but they push and challenge you to work hard to get better. I had a major knee reconstruction and with their help I am recovering well. My therapist is Tad but Mike is also great. The physical therapy assistant Nicole is very friendly and she sincerely loves every patient she cares for.
